Do We Need Worry About The Cyst During Pregnancy?
My wife conceived 7 yrs after marriage. On Dating scan it was found that she has 8 wks pregnancy with 113 mm X 67 mm simple cyst in right ovary . The cyst was located in POD. Mild Rt. sided Hydronephrosis also present. She is having no symptoms. What should be the management?

Hello, ideally this cyst needs removal but since you have conceived after such a long time we can follow expectant management so that there is no harm to the baby
