Do Vaginal Issues And Bowel Issues Be Due To Rectal Infection?

i tested negative for gon, chlam thru urine and cervical swab 3x, negative for herpes, syphlis, trich, hiv, two tyoes of hepatitis.....6 months of vaginal issues, bowell intestinal issues. can i have a rectal infection,,,,,ive never ever had anal sex?
