Do Traces Of Ketones And Blood In Urine On Urine Test During Pregnancy Mean Any Harm?

I am 12 weeks pregnant and over the last couple of days have had pain when peeing. It is orangish and sometime cloudy in color. I have also had pain on my right side just above.the hip. I had a urine dip.done and it came back abnormal in color(orange), tracesof ketones, and traces of blood. What could.all of this mean?

The traces of blood and ketones are suggestive of acidosis. It can be due to dehydration, pregnancy induced diabetes, renal infections, etc. The cause needs to be detected after proper investigations.
