Pathologist and Microbiologist 's  Response
Hello and welcome to HCM,
The interpretation of the report is as follows:
1. Widal test is done for typhoid fever. The test is reactive or positive if the antigen O and antigen H show a titres more than 1:80 and the titres should double.
In your test report only the titres for antigen O are high but titres for antigen H are normal.
The test result is negative for typhoid.
2. The red blood cell counts, and platelets count are all within normal range.
There is slight decrease in white blood cell counts.
You can get white blood cell count repeated as after few days, since the differential counts of white blood cells are normal, there is no hamatological abnormality as such.
The red cell parameters i.e. MCV and MCH are low and peripheral blood film shows features of microcytic hypochromic anemia.
Microcytic hypochromic blood picture is seen most commonly in iron deficiency anemia.
You need to consult your physician for clinical assessment , relevant investigations and management.

Thanks and take care
