Iron deficiency anemia usually doesnot cause bruises on the skin, neither does SCA17. I would suggest you get her Hematologic blood tests done including Bleeding and Clotting time,Platelet count, Prothombin time, PTT. Deranged values of these parameters can help in the diagnosis of the cause of bruises on your daughters leg.
