Do The Blood Sugar Levels Indicate Diabetes?

sir,
I have checked my blood sugar, 2 hours post breakfast and found 221 mg/Dl. And in urine (1st urine of morning) sugar % is 1.
after 1 day I again cheked my blood sugar after breakfast and found 67 mg/Dl.
Kindly tell me am I a sugar patient or not. and what care to be taken.

Hi, I had gone through your query and understood your concerns.

There is lot variation in the values you have mentioned. They definitely are not diagnostic. You get Glucose tolerance test done. If those values show higher levels than normal then it means diabetes or else normal. If they are prediabetes, The diet and exercise control is of high importance in delaying or preventing diabetes.
