Do Steroids Help In Gaining Height?
Hi,Sir I m 21 years old nd my height is 5 6 but it is lesser as compare to.my father.I had done physical exercises like hanging stretching etc.but I did not get ny benefit.So, now I want to take steroids.Can it will be beneficial for me?Please, give me full detail regarding steroids.

Steroids will not help in increasing your height.it will not be beneficial
your height should be around your father height. Plus or minus some inches. You cant gain more height like 6 to 8 inches.
because its purely genetic.
as your bone growth will be up to 23 to 24 yrs.eat properly and proper exercise along with practicing yoga will help to some extend in gaining height.
