I came off my pill on the1st July and started to bleed the next day since then I have had unprotected sex as am trying to conceive . For the last few weeks have been experiencing cramps similar to period pain and thenThis week I am feeling bloated and have sore nipples and have had jelly like discharge am I pregnant ?

It is possible that you have conceived but this would need to be confirmed with a pregnancy test.
Pregnancy tests detect the level of HCG hormone. This is normally detectable by day 11 to 14 after conception.
If this time period has passed then a test done at this time would give an accurate result.
