Do Sore Breasts And Lump In The Stomach Indicate Pregnancy?

My fiance has had sore breast for about a week and she can squeeze very little liquid out of them and a pretty good size lump in her lower stomach too.She is still having periods though. Those tests you buy at the store say negative. Do you think she is pregnant?

Hello dear
Understand your concern
Your fiance is not pregnant as she has still having period and pregnancy test is negative.
Confirmatory sign of pregnancy is missed period.
Sore breast may be due to hormonal imbalance and as a pert of pre menstrual syndrome. Stomach lump need to be investigated by proper examination like USG scan by gynecologist.
You can apply cold pad on breast, gentle massage of breast with prime rose oil, avoid fatty and salty foods, start relaxation and breathing exercise, take ibuprufen for pain.
Hope this may help you
Best regards
Dr. Sagar
