Do Side Effects Of Diltiazem And Pradaxam Cause Headache,dizziness And Nausea?

I just started taking Diltiazem 240 ER & Pradaxam 150mg for atrial fibrillation. I ve probably had AF for about 8 years but it just became more constant 1 month ago. The meds came after being checked out at the ER. I m having a severe headache, dizziness, nausea, constipation, tingling in hands/feet, change in vision after 2 days on meds. I have a cardiology appt. on Monday - new doc for me. Are these normal side effects? With this many is it safe to continue, stop or take 1/2? I don t want another trip to ER if I can avoid it.

I really appreciate your concern, the dizziness, nausea, headache may not be because of the DItiazem or Pradaxam but it could be due to the AF itself, if you do not have history of fever then this is just nothing to worry some time this type of symptoms are very common for the patient those have some cardiac conditions, hope this information may helps you, take care and have nice day.
