Do Sexual Orgasms Affect The Fetus Of A Woman With Subchorionic Hematoma?

I was placed on pelvic rest at 12 weeks pregnant for a small SCH. I am now 16 weeks and still on pelvic rest until my level 2 ultrasound to see the SCH. I have been refraining from intercourse but recently have had several sex dreams with orgasms. I am very nervous. Are my orgasms hurting my baby?

As a physician I woul like to tell you that you need not to concern about the dreams, orgasms and the SCH. I would like you to be at peace of mind and not to be anxious. Your orgasms or dreams will not affect your baby. Just take rest and follow the treatment of your doctor and everything will be alright
