Do Palpitations Affect The Fetus?

I get palpitations on and off and know on their own their pretty harmless but I'm now 8weeks pregnant with my third child and just had a very strong one that lasted longer than usual and took my breath away. I'm 29 yrs old. Is this something I should worry about?

Hello mam, thanks for trusting health care magic.
they dont affect the fetus directly but in case it affects the cardiac output then decreased placental blood flow affect the baby.
in my opinion you should get a cardiac ECHO done to see for status of your heart
In case you have further questions you can consult me on health care magic forum and i will be happy to help
