Hello,
I have gone through your query and understand your concerns.

After tube ligation there are no chances of pregnancy unless the procedure was not done correctly. The symptoms you have mentioned are more likely towards urinary tract infection. So I suggest you to drink plenty of water, and have a urine analysis done. It is advisable to have a home pregnancy test and ultrasonography to rule out the possible causes of irregular periods.

Regards,
Dr.Alekhya.
