Do Irregular Periods And Abdominal Cramps Indicate The Onset Of Menopause?

i am a 46 year old female who is experiencing a light period almost 2 weeks early. I also have some pain in my right lower abdomen. This has been going on for three days with little to no change in the abdominal discomfort or the light bleeding. Am I showing signs of menopause?

this can belittle early menopausal syndrome. other symptoms like flushing of face dry ness insomnea and metal confusion should be there loss of libido vagina dryness and anxiety neurosis should be presenting symptoms. can get examined by gynechologist for advise on hormonal therapy and counseling.
