Hi my gf and i had sex on 9th day of her menstrual cycle, her periods had lasted for 5 days. She has had abnormal cycle in the past, had to go to a doctor when she didnt had periods for 6 months but it was long back. An year back she didnt had periods for 2months. Her period cycle is usually 30 to 40 during last 6 months, and for last 2 months cycle was 30 days. She is 24. Will her ovulation occur early because of these abnormalities. She didnt take any pills

If cycle varies more than these days then definitely consult a doctor. Your query is ovulation date. Ovulation date is 14th day previous than 1st menstual day and it remain fix. So every time whenever mensuration occur, from 1st day of mensuration day go back to 14 days back and you get the exact ovulation day.
