Do Intake Of Duloxetine And Methocarbamol Result In Adverse Effect?

I am currently taking Welbutrin XL 300mg and Duloxetine 60 mg for depression since April 2015. On December 28, 2015 I had surgery to remove some degenerative discs from my neck, and was prescribed Methocarbamol 500mg and Hydromorphone2mg. I have been able to cut back on the last two drugs and am taking only as needed for pain. For about a week now, I am noticing mental and mood changes occuring similiar to the depression I had problems with in 2015. My question is ,are there any side effects happening from taking all of these? I certainly don t want the depression to start coming back. What do you recommend ? Thank you so much.

Difficult to say in your particular case. People sometimes get used to an antidepressant and find it isn't working as well as it used to. Pain usually produces some degree of depression. Methocarbamol and/or hydromorphone themselves do not interact with antidepressants, BUT powerful pain drugs often interact with depression (not as much as pain does though).
