Do I Need To Worry About My BP And Heart Rate ?

I am a 43 year old female, juvenile diabetic for 30 years, I am at around 170lbs and 5 8 . I have an anxiety disorder which is usually accompanied by chest pain , racing heart rate . As of recently I have started to take my bp at home my last several readings are 156/75 with heart rate of 114, 146/76 hr 88, 108/78 hr 104, 134/55 hr 86, 136/68 hr 88, 133/70 hr 96, 126/64 hr 79. I have been taking bp randomly, and a for instance when I had the 156/75 I was having anxiety and also when I had the 133/70 I had anxiety. Also, at these times my blood sugar readings were 168 and 144 respectively to the 2 readings in the previous sentence. What should I make of these readings?

Hi,
Your blood pressure records are more or less normal, for that you are not to worry.
Blood sugar reports are also o.k.except a bit on higher side but no reason to worry.
Main problems I think are due to your anxiety dis order.
Develop self confidence and think positive.
Ok and take care.
