Do I Need To Take The Medicine Life Long For Epilepsy ?

I am a patient of epilepsy .I am on Dilatin 100mg and take the medicine three at a time at night.Previously when my EEG was normal the doctor stop the medicine.After the withdrawn the seizure occurs again.Is epilepsy curable or i have to take the medicine through out my life?

Ayurved is that medical science which helps to cure disease by routing out the problem.By just suppresive medicines,it is not possible to cure disease.
Go for ayu. treatment,which actually acts on the brain in order to recover its lost functions.You need to take Panchakarma Shirodhara and medicines orally such as Smrutisagar Ras,Bramhi Vati, Kalyanaka Ghrita.
Visit to ayu. doctor .The doses and course schedule should be determined by taking case history.
Do not worry,never give up hopes.If u go by proper way,will get recover.

Thanks for query,
You have to continue the medicine for 3-5 yrs.if there is no recurrence gradually doctor will reduce the dose and will stop the medicine.
If there is no seizure afterward then you are cured.
But if there is recurrence you have to continue for life long.
