Do I Need To Take Medicines For Diabetic Symptoms?

Dinesh,age :31,Height:179cm,Weight:76,found diabetic symptoms not started any treatment so far.worried about starting medicine since may need to continue for a while.Trying to find out the alternate solutions.Blood results month back :fasting :145, post breakfast : 230

welcome to HCM.
FBS >126..And PP2BS >200 indicates that definitely you have diabetes. My advice to you is.
1 . kindly go for HBA1c report to confirm diabetes. If HBA1c >6.5,it signifies diabetes.
2 . Unfortunately medications are life long for diabetes, unless your blood sugar levels are high because of infection or other medications.
3.plz consult a diabetologist and start medications because Longterm uncontrolled blood sugar will lead to kidney, heart and eye problems. There are no alternatives to medicines..
4 . regular exercise and dietary sugar restrictions are of utmost importance..
