Do High Fever, Cough, Night Sweats And Fatigue Indicate Excess Stress?

Hi I own a toy store and last week I had a really bad fever but still went to work and things got much worse. I am still extremely fatigued, have a cough, and also have night sweats. But I must add that my stress level is typically extremely high. Also the more more fatigued I get the more chilled I get. Is this stress or something else? Thank you

it can be a viral infection.. and if you have burning sensation while urinating it can be urinary tract infection . Please upload your blood and urine reports. fever cannot be because of stress.
