Do Fresh Colored Bumps Around Anus Mean Genital Warts And Does HPV-16 Cause It ?

I had a pap smear December 2010 and a colposcopy March 2011. I was told I have HPV-16 Now I am noticing tiny flesh colored bumps around my anus. Is this genital warts? Because type 16 isn t one that usually causes that. I am a 21 year old female. Been with same partner since 2006. Just got diagnosed with HPV-16. Never noticed it on pap smears before.
