Do Fatigue, Lightheadedness And Pain In Upper Tooth Suggest Infection?

I had my wisdom tooth removed but still in pain after 2 weeks and went to see a private dentist she said the pain is from my upper tooth that needs a root canal. Ive been feeling weak and light headed, do I have a infection? Trying go to ER to check my blood also. Please help

If you have increase in local rise of temperature and fever suggestive of infection if not nothing to worry go with the treatment for root canal.
