Do Eye Surgery Needed For Eczema?

Hey, I have eczema in my eyes and for the past 6 months it has been badly nearly every day, and as a result i kept picking at it and i stretched one of my upper eyelids... I was wondering will this go back on its own if i do eye exercises? Or will it need eye surgery to fix it? I'm 21... Thank you :)
