Do Elevated Vitamin B12 And GR% Values Indicate Leukemia?
My six year old has high b12 levels for a year, currently 1039. Her CBC came back with normal WBC and RBC , but GR% was 66.6 which was just above the high limit. When I read about these numbers being high, it suggest leukemia as a possible cause. Should I be concerned?

High level of B12 is not common and is a cause of concern
however it is a alarming sign and not a confirmation of leukemia , it may be associated with other medical conditions also including liver and kidney disorders & some Blood disorders too
but any patient with high levels of Vit. B12 should be thoroughly investigated to rule out any underlying medical condition
i will strongly suggest you to get your daughter examine thoroughly , i hope she will be fine
