Do Eggs Affect Blood Pressure?

My blood pressure is a little higher than I prefer, so I am being more aware of the foods that I am eating, along with daily exercise. I have always eaten a boiled egg and fresh fruit for breakfast, along with at least two cups of 1/2 caff coffee. Do eggs affect blood pressure?

Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
Why do you think that your blood pressure is high, To confirm it take a blood pressure readings daily, and tabulate the readings date wise.
If there is rise in the readings, i advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment.
You will take the lunch, and the dinner, with different menu, and you are considering only breakfast.Probably you don't like egg, so you are considering the egg to be responsible.
