Do Both Abdominal Pain And Nausea Signify Pregnancy Symptom?

It started in December a week or 2 after I had unprotected sex with my partner. I began to get nauseas, frequent headaches and pains. My period was days late but it was quite bad.
Now even more so I still have headaches but lower abdominal pain, I get nauseas but never throw up, I go to the bathroom frequent. I've even tried being on a diet however it seems that my belly doesnt even shrink in size it remains round and visible to the eye. I cant lay on my side because its uncomfortable and I did take 2pregnancy tests but they came about negative. I am frustratingly constipated and very moody always. Im always feeling tired and uncomfortable unless I move or lay a certain way. Am I pregnant ?

Hi,
Thanks for the query. I understand your concern.
Two pregnancy tests being -ve almost excludes pregnancy. In case of doubt you can go for blood HCG testing.
Now about your nausea& lower abdominal pain-
- Frequency of urination & pain can be due to cystitis( infection of bladder)
- Pelvic inflammation can cause such symptoms ( associated with vaginal discharge.
- Even constipation can cause such abdominal pain & nausea too.
* In this scenario you should try to relieve constipation with -
-diet alteration- eating more fibers( more veges/ salads/ fruits with skins)& excess ( 10 -12 glasses )of water,
- Drinking a big glass of warm water with a spoon of honey & few drops of lemon juice - first thing after getting up in morning,
- Yoga exercises prevent constipation in long run.
* For abdominal pain do not foment/ massage abdomen. simple alkaline mixture over the counter would give some relief.
*Get a physician's consultation to exclude/ confirm & get specific treatment for bowel infection or infestation/ urine infection or stones.
A gynecologist's consultation is essential for pelvic inflammation
-. Needful medication is essential for recovery
** Thus life style changes with needful medical treatment would relieve you of the problem.
Thanks.
