General Surgeon 's  Response
Respected user, hi I evaluated your query thoroughly .
* Pain with blood in stools go more in favor of anal fissure than hemorrhoids .
* But there are some instances also in many individuals where there are
hemorrhoids , so final decision depends on the clinical examination of the
Consultant Surgeon with Proctoscopy evaluation .
* Either fissure or hemorrhoids both are curable , so don`t go panic .
Hope this clears your query .
Welcome for any further assistance .
Thanks for using Health care magic & giving me an opportunity to assist .
Wishing you fine recovery from the same .
Regards dear take care .
