First one has to assess type of scars you got. Superficial scars might improve with microdermabrassion or medium depth peeling and microneedling. If you have deeper scar one might go for surgical procedures like subscission, puch flotation, puch excision etc. It is usualy combination of procedures.

Removal of acne scars is a metaculous process which is time consuming. one single sitting would not yeild the desired results and so multiple sittings are required for the same. Laser Therapy for scar removal is considered as the least time consuming and also requires less sittings comparitevely.
