Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..
I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..
As per your complain
Mometasone is a steroid and Melaglow is a combination of a steroid,
hydroquinone and Tretinoin..
Long term use of steroid containing creams can cause serious side effects on skin like darkening, rashes, skin atrophy , sensitivity to sun light, dilatation of veins under the skin and
excessive hair growth on face..
In case if you are planning to use the creams for a short term like for a month or so you can but long term use is not advisable..
In case if you want to use a fairness cream for long term use you can use
Kojic acid containing creams, in combination with
glycolic acid and arbutin containing creams..
You can apply Vitamin E oil at night..
Take Vitamin C supplements.
Limit sun exposure and whenever exposed apply a SPF 50 containing cream over the face before going out into sun..
Exfoliate your skin with a mild scrub twice a week..
Eat a nutritious diet, stay happy and stress free and drink plenty of water..
You can also go for photofacial or glycolic acid peels for improvement..
Hope this information helps..
Thanks and regards.
