Do I Suppose To Eat Chocolate During Period ?
Is it true that you not suppose to eat chocolate when you on your period ? I heard that before and I am just wondering.

No, thats not true. You can eat whatever you want, just sugar can sometimes give you really bad cramps--i know it does for me!
It is a myth & you can consume chocolate but not in excess ,as excess of every thing is bad.Disclaimer
