I am a 35 year old woman who has been diagnosed with ischemic heart disease caused by aortic insufficiency. My cardiologist has determined that the aortic regurgitation to be moderate. I will need heart valve replacement but he is holding off due to my age. I have been to the ER several times for palpitations, severe chest pain, with pain in my back and neck, left arm and shortness of breath but they always find things to be what they consider are normal. My cardiologist has told me that my condition should not cause me any pain or problems. I am constantly tired never feeling like I have slept. Latley the shortness of breath has been extreme. I feel like I have a stack of bricks on my chest. This is causing a cough that is unproductive. Even at rest, the pain in my chest, upper back, shoulders, and neck are getting unbearable and nonstop. There is pain and tingling going all the way down my left arm, especially my elbow as though the blood is being cut off by a tourniquet. I have a pins and needles feeling in my left hand. I have been very lightheaded for the last week and even passed completley out this past friday. I have had a nonstop headache that nothing will get rid of. I do have stomach issues but I don t believe this is from that. I have tums and omeperazole but no relief. I do not know what to do. I don t want to go back to the ER just to have them tell me that there s nothing wrong with me. I am currently on Asprin 325mg, Lisinopril 40mg and Imdur 30 mg daily. I feel very hot right now but not sweating
