Do I have testicle cancer if one testicle is smaller than the other and I have low sex drive ?

hi i am 32yrs old i am not yet married i have a cyst on my left testicles n i feel my right testicles has become smaller. my sex drive has becom less n sperm is also less i dont know wether it is a sign of testicle cancer . i used to masturbate aleast twice a day .i feeling scared. if i get maried n i cant be a father i think i might spoil the girl life
