i have frequent headaches pain in my chest at left side which feels like m being administered with some injection and pain in my left hand sometimesis it anywhere related to some disease?

Your chest pain requires evaluation.
Firstly you should rule out heart pain as it should be given prime importance.so you go for ECG,if it is normal then possibility of cervical spondilitis and costo chondritis is there.
X ray cervical region is advised.
