i have these wierd warts around my shaft and raw irritated skin on my penis. i dont know what this is? is it an std im worried?

warts on the penis suggest you had multiple sexual partners. you also say skin is raw and irritated, not to neglect these issues. i think its std. but doctor is a better person to say. meet the doctor as early as possible.
