Do I Have A Miscarriage Since I Experienced Bleeding And Cramping During The First Trimester ?

Hello Im in my first trimester and Friday I started bleeding not alot jus wen I went to pee and I went to the dr my baby s heart beat was only 62 and I m still bleeding and cramping here an there I suppose to go to the dr on Monday do you think I m having a miscarriage?
