Do I Have Low BP ?

I sometimes feel like lightheaded, my hands get cold, and I start breathing hard. When I feel like it feels like going down in an elevator (best way I can describe it). People I have told this to say that I either have low blood pressure or low sugar(whatever that means). Oh and I feel kinda weak when this happens...

I'd say the people you have spoken are on the right track. Those symptoms do sound like you may have low BP but the only way to be sure is to get it checked. If you are a young adult girl low BP happens alot amongst this group of people. Maybe go to the doctor because it could also be low blood sugar which is related to diabetes so its worth getting checked out goodluck
