Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain bad taste in mouth seems to be a side effect of medications and most probably it can be due to antibiotics as well as steroids can also cause metallic taste in mouth..
But it is a temporary finding and will resolve gradually once the medication course will complete and you will stop taking the same..
As of now you can try to mask the metallic taste by gargling with a flavoured antiseptic mouthwash..
You can chew sugarfree chewing gum as it helps in stimulating saliva flow as well as mask bad taste..
Drink plenty of water and suck tart candies..
Maintain a good oral hygiene..
In case if the symptoms worsen or you get some other symptoms too consult your treating physician and get evaluated..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards.
