Do Avil Shots Help In Treating Allergy?
Hi,I m Alan. My wife is currently suffering from allergy. The doctor hv given her avil 25mg tablet, which doesn t bring relieve. She was then given avil injection.. The symptoms reappear n she was injected wt avil n dexona ... Now she is feeling severe itches... Wht is the maximum amt of avil 25mg can I gv her right now,to bring relieve???

Here you have not mentioned cause for allergy... It can be allergic dermatitis or allergic bronchitis like condition....
Her CBC report done along with AEC count estimation....
If AEC high more than 400 than Allegra M can be given....
If allergic bronchoconstriction present than bronchodilator nebulization needed
For allergic dermatitis topical steroid can be applied...
So if you have severe allergy than short term course of steroid can be prescribed
Consult physician for examination and further work up
