Dizziness, Vertigo, Weakness, Went Kayaking For Three Hours. Symptoms Of Exhaustion?

My grandfather went up river kayaking yesterday for 3 hours straight. He was fine after but this morning when he woke up he felt dizziness and vertigo and can t even get out of bed. This is very unusual for him because he is an active man. I have a feeling that it was cause he was pushing himself too hard but I was wondering a doctors opinion.

DON'T WORRY. IT IS NORMAL. GIVE HIM A DAY REST. EVERYTHING WILL BE ALRIGHT, OTHERWISE CONSULT A PHYSICIAN AFTER A DAY REST.
