Dizziness, Vertigo, Dull Headache, Tingling In Tongue, Pressure Behind Eyes. Brain Tumour Symptoms?

Hi i have had dizzy spells for the past few weeks my doctor told me it was vertigo but 6 weeks later I am no better, I now have a mild constant dull headache and my tongue feels tingly, my eyes feel as if there is pressure behind them, I have looked on the internet for causes and brain tumors seem have similar symptoms. please help me.

Well brain tumor may have similar symptoms, there may be other causes like sinusitis, ischaemia etc.
It depends on lot of factors.
Do you get nausea/ vomiting?
How would you describe your headache?
Is there any double vision, ringing in the ear?
Please give a detailed description.
You should seea physician to look for the cause and rule out anything serious.
