Dizziness, Perspiration. History Of High BP, LDL And Triglycerides. Serious Problem?

Hello, I m male 62 years old, with history of high blood pressure and high level triglycerides and high LDL . I had 3 stents placed abound my heart last year. At the moment I have normal blood pressure 135/85 but heart rate is 109 and I m little dizzy and perspiring a lot. Can this be sign of some serious problem? YYYY@YYYY
