Dizziness On Bending The Head, Eye Pressure And Pain, Spinning Room Feeling, Continuous Ear Congestion. Cause?

hi i am a 29 year old female i dont smoke or drink . for the past few days everytime i lay my head down on my right side i get extremely dizzy if i look up at the ceiling its like the room is spinnig and my eyes feel pressure and hurt. i have really bad allergies and my ears are always congested and so is my head. i was just wondering what this could be and worried about it

do you tend to vomit during these episodes? do you have ringing noise in your ears? how is you hearing? your symptoms indicate that you might either have BPPV( benign paroxysmal positional vertigo) or acute labyrinthitis. Both the conditions are easily manageable. you should visit a physician for this.
