Dizziness In Evenings. Normal Hormone Levels, Blood Sugar. Doing Exercise. Reason For Dizziness?
Hi, I am active for most of the day. I walk to and back from work (20 mins one way) everyday and exercise twice a week (weights+cardio). I eat well and try to have a reasonable fit and healthy lifestyle. However, in the last few days i am feeling dizzy especially in the evening, when I am relaxing (paying attention to the dizzyness). I have had my harmones, blood sugar etc. recently checked and they all came out normal. What could be possible reason for this dizzyness?
Hello, Thanks for the query to H.C.M. Forum. You are physical fit , doing weight & cardio exercises . Hormones and sugar level normal. Since you have not mentioned the age and sex as dizziness may be due to these two factors. Since you are a regular gym goer ,but dizziness may be due to , Hypotension or hyper tension. Lipid also play an important role in dizziness so get in examination. Other causes may be ear imbalance ( auditory canal i.e. nerve ). Consult a physician and get in complete examination. Good luck.
