Dizziness, Headaches, Blurred Vision. Ultrasound Shows Enlarge Lymph Nodes, Pain In Right Side. Cure?

12 year old girl, pain in right side towards the back (flank ?) dizziness, headaches, blurred vision .... happens sometimes together and other times without the pain ..... comes and goes feeling ill a few days fine the next then it comes back ect ...we ve seen doctors ultrasounds revealed enlarged lymphnodes in pain area on right side, kidneys, gall bladder and appendix all good.... we have a eeg scheduled also but would like another opinion

From the symptoms you have listed, it is obvious you have an underlying medical problem that needs to be diagnosed. The most probable causes of abdominal lymph node enlargement are infections and tumors.
If you have fever and or wounds on the skin, the cause could be infectious. If you have fever, weight loss and night sweats you could be suffering from TB or a tumor.You need a careful clinical examination,a full blood count and an intradermal tuberculin test. If still a diagnosis cannot be made, you will require a biopsy if the lymph nodes are persistent.
