Dizziness, Headache, Stiffness In Neck And Limbs After Head Injury. Is It Due To Accident?

I got hit on the head yesterday morning by a lose advertising board. I was knocked to the ground and hit the right side of my head on the pavement. I am not sure if I lost consciousness but when I went to get up I felt very dizzy and had to take a moment to steady myself. I went to A&E to get checked out was told I was fine. Although I had a headache all day I didn't really have any other symptoms. I have not been able to sleep all night and feel very stiff pains in my neck, arms and legs. Is this because of the accident?

Hi,
Thanks for writing in.

Following symptoms need further visit to your doctor.
1. Loss of consciousness.
2. Vomiting.
3. Severe increasing headache.
4. Loss of memory.
5. Visual problems.
6. Severe dizziness and vertigo.

If you are having mild dizziness, headache and stiffness in limbs and neck, its because of the accident causing muscle spasm.

Hope this helps
