Dizziness, Frequent Urination, Traces Of Blood In Urine, Abdominal Pain. Causes And Treatment?

hi ive just finished my priod (1 week ago) and for the past 2 days have been very dizzy, needing the toilet more then normal, some slight traces of blood in urine , and feels weird when i urinate, woke this morning pain in my left side of stomach hurts when move around and i feel very sick. (ive passed a stool movement yesterday)

Thanks for query.
It seems that you might have some urinary infection.
It is also possible to have stones in the kidney as you colicky type of pain and passing blood in urine.
Go for routine urine check up.
Ultra sound of urinary tract.
After reports go for the treatment accordingly.
Take plenty of water.
Ok and bye.
