Dizziness, Double Vision, Hearing Loss, Sinusitis. White Blood Cells Varying, Now Normal. Opinion?

For over a year I have been sent to specialist because my symtoms appear to be a brain tumor.
Dizziness, double vision, significant hearing loss, loss of smell and taste. I have had cronic sinusitus for over a decade.
In february, my white count was at 2 for three consecutive test.
In the spring, my intestines test showed high white counts.
In July/ August the blood test read boderline on a immunofixation test.
Now it is in the "normal" range.
Is this something I should follow or am I safe in saying these test are normal now?
I am a 53 year old female

Dear Ma'am,

Thanks for posting your query on this website. I can fully appreciate your concern for your problem.

1. I fully agree with you that your symptoms strongly suggest a growth in the brain (?acoustic neuroma). Your doctor should have advised you to get a CT Scan of Brain done.

2. If not, I suggest that you get the same done at the earliest.

3. Give first priority to CT Scan of Brain and keep other things on the back burner for the time being. For this, you should consult a Neurologist.

I am confident that you will certainly benefit from the advice.

May I assure you that I am always available for your assistance and will try my best to cure your condition to the best of my experience and knowledge.

Please feel free to revert back to me in case of further clarifications, if any.

HAVE A NICE DAY AND A SPEEDY RECOVERY.

Fond Regards,

Dr.(Col) R Karanwal
