Hello

Welcome in h.C.M.

I have gone through your query regarding hearing loss and vertigo.

As per your symptoms it appears that you are suffering from vestibulo-cochlear insufficiency leading to hearing loss and dizziness. Though your blood test are normal but you have to be investigated for ear by -

1- Pure tone audiometry.

2- Impedance audiometry.

3- Vestibular functions tests.

By this much we can know about your real site of disease, type of hearing loss and severity of loss along with status of dizziness. All these are helpful for deciding plan for treatment.

Regards.
