Hi friend,
Welcome to Health Care Magic

I am sorry to see - you have no Insurance.
Yet, the situation demands that you should have a CT scan of your head - to assess possible internal injury. Better to be safe than sorry. Try through work place or ER.
A Neurologist should see you. Also an eye doctor
In the mean time, try pain relievers / Do NOT take any sedation - it may confuse the picture.

Take care
Wishing speedy recovery
God bless
Good luck
