Dizziness, Backache, Cramps, Pale Red, Spotting Brown Blood. Pregnant?

Hi, I feel like I am pregnant. I was 4 days late then started with a little brown/red blood on the first day then second day spotting red/pink then 3rd day very pale red only when I wipe. I vomit every time I brush my teeth and feel dizzy all the time. I had some period like cramps and back ache which now have gone. I tested neg on 2nd day of light/spotting bleed. Could I be pregnant? Pls help thank you.

Hello, I would be happy to help you with your question.

Given that the pregnancy test was negative at the point that your cycle was late indicates that you are probably NOT pregnant. Sometimes there is variation in terms of when you actually ovulate, and when this is delayed or absent, you can have abnormal breakthrough bleeding. This is a likely explanation. If you cycle remains confusing, you need to see an OB/GYN.

I hope that this helps. If you have more questions, please click on "ASK ME A QUESTION" link above to directly ask me a question!
